How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking details of your order will be provided
You can also log in to your account and see the status of the orders you have placed by clicking this 
link, or you may use the "Track Package" button on our help center home page.


Tracking says delivered but I did not receive it

We kindly suggest following these tips to help you locate your package:


  • Verify the Delivery Address: Double-check the delivery address provided during the ordering process to ensure it matches your current location.
  • Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, packages are delivered to a neighbor's house by mistake. It's worth asking if any of your neighbors received a package on your behalf.
  • Inquire at the Local Post Office: Contact your local post office or courier service and provide them with the tracking number to inquire if the package is being held for pickup or if any additional information is available.
  • Check Safe Delivery Locations: If you have specified a safe delivery location or provided specific instructions, such as leaving the package at the back door or with a concierge, please make sure to thoroughly search those areas.
  • Check with your mail room or Front Desk of your building or Apartment complex.
